Q1: How does the process work to sell my house to Philmont Homebuyers?

A: After you fill out the quick offer form we will quickly contact you and gather some additional information. We may be able to make you an offer on the phone, or we will schedule a time with you to view the property. Once the offer has been made you are under no obligation. If you decide to sell your house we should be able to close within 10 - 15 days depending on your individual situation.

Q2: Are you Realtors who just want to list my house?

A: No. Philmont Homebuyers is a group of real estate investors that buys houses from people like you in neighborhoods just like yours. As a professional note, some of us ARE licensed by the state of Pennsylvania; though our intent is not to list your property we are legally prepared to offer you assistance in that regard should you choose.
