If you are considering working with Patrick Malone on a real estate transaction please don’t hesitate for a moment. I’d like to share my experience with Patrick:
Living in Florida and having allowed my son to live in my home in Philadelphia, along with other issues, proved to be a disaster. I was put in a situation where I had to sell my home of 35 years in Philly. I made calls from Florida and set up appointments to come up and meet with three agents, one of whom was Patrick. The first two insulted me with their offers; Patrick was the third one to look at the house. Even though my son had failed to take care of my home which limited the selling potential, Patrick recognized that it was a prime property and within moments he was on the phone with a potential buyer and had them at the house the next day and within days the sale was put into motion. I, of course, had to return to Florida and it would have caused a hardship with my job if I had to fly back and forth; Patrick handled everything. He kept me informed via email and sending me electronic copies of all documents. From the day he looked at the house to the time we closed was approximately five weeks and I didn’t have to fly back once. We closed on December 28, 2006 and he arranged to do everything via federal express, email and fax.
There was never a time that I called or had written to him that he didn’t immediately respond. I was never wondering where things were in the process. I was always informed.
It has now been two and a half months since we closed and I recently had a snag with PGW. I thought he could help me so I sent him an email and within a half hour he was back to me with an answer.
He is not only excellent in his field ; I have also found him to be an honest and sincere person. I would recommend him to anyone.
